Ouch the cold has hit. But it's not time to be hibernating. Keep yourself active through the cold months and you'll thank your fit and healthy stars come Spring. The colder months are good times to get out on the water training for big events. As a general rule Winter sees us with calmer seas, especially early in the morning. A great time for flat water training. If you're stuck for some enthusiasm for winter training talk to the staff at Fergs, they're out on the water all year round and they've got some great suggestions for you. |
